The staff was friendly. The food was amazing. The manager on duty was great to her employees and guest. She cares about her employees and guest. My family and I had a wonderful lunch today.

Updated review 8/20/23 Whoever the franchise owner is or wether it was corporate, thank you for listening! Granted I’ve never had a response, but I do see the changes! Polite and courteous, prompt, food orders come out hot, no more locked doors hours prior to closing! Updating my review to 4 stars, from 1. Only thing that could be improved is a regularly scheduled lobby wipe down, floor sweep and spot mop. I sat and ate my meal inside today, and it certainly was slow enough to have someone do it. But overall I’m very happy to see the instituted changes! —Original Review— Worst location in Hampton Roads! Never has wings available, always 20min wait. Drive through usually takes a long time and don’t even think about going Inside! Was just told they’re going to wait 5mins before taking anymore inside orders until the drive through is clear! They also have a habit of locking the doors and keeping folks to drive thru only! This store needs complete restructuring! Training! And additional staff!
